The Bookish Blog Tag

Hi guys! Today I’m going to do the bookish blog tag. I found it on Evin’s blog A Curly Sue’s Ramblings, and she left it open, so thanks Evin!

Here are the rules:

  1. Make sure you thank the blogger who nominated you and include a link to their blog.
  2. Answer all of the following questions.
  3. Include the blog tag graphic and these rules on your post.
  4. Nominate 3 or more bloggers at the bottom of your post, including their name and their blog’s link.

1: What are 1-3 of your favorite books of all time?

The Maze Runner, The Book Thief and The Lunar Chronicles.

2: What are 1-3 of your favorite authors of all time?

James Dashner, L.M. Montgomery, and Agatha Christie.

3: Who is your favorite female character from a book?

Scarlet from Scarlet by Marissa Meyer.

4: Who is your favorite male character from a book?

Keefe from Keepers of the Lost Cities or Poirot from the Agatha Christie books or Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice.

5: What’s your favorite fictional world?

The world in Story Thieves by James Riley. It doesn’t have a real name other than the fictional world and the nonfictional world.

6: What book has your favorite book cover?

Pride and Prejudice

7: What’s your favorite book-to-movie adaptation?

I really like how they did the Poirot movies with David Suchet and the Sherlock Holmes with Jeremy Brett. They are very accurate to the books.

8: If you could make any book into a movie, which would it be?

I think the Cinder by Marissa Meyer would be great if it was turned into a movie, and eventually the rest of the Lunar Chronicles. It would be very challenging to get right though.

9: What was your favorite childhood book?

I loved Cam Jansen and Encyclopedia Brown when I was younger (Cam Jansen first, and then I graduated to Encyclopedia Brown).

10: Fantasy or Sci-fi (or neither)?

This is a hard question as I like both, but I guess Sci-fi.

I nominate Nehal @ Fictionally Crazy, Sanskriti @ Portals into Books, Ashmita @ The Fictional Journal and you if you want to do it!

Thank you guys for being so great last year. Following, liking and commenting always means so much to me! Also, if you ever have a book/tag/etc. that you want me to do, just let me know and I will try to do it (as long as it’s appropriate). I hope you have a wonderful rest of the year!
